Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass
A card that is almost a magical key. To trains, pools, museums and much more.
Some cities grow old; Brixen matures. A thousand years rest with effortless dignity in the Cathedral and Hofburg Palace, while arcades, stages and museums beckon between them, and the mountains begin just beyond the rooftops. Best of all: from the Lasserhaus, everything is only a few steps away. Where to first?

It takes barely a moment’s walk from our front door to the Cathedral of Brixen: three hundred metres, and you are standing before sacred architecture of international renown. The Hofburg — stands right beside it – once the seat of the prince-bishops, today a house full of remarkable things. And if you like, take in the Pharmacy Museum too; here as well, the past has its curiosities waiting.

What takes your fancy: crafts, fashion, beautiful things for home? Beneath Brixen’s arcades, 200 metres from your room, boutique follows boutique. You do not simply go shopping here; you find treasures.

The Plose is Brixen’s local mountain and a gentle temptation: trails for every level of fitness, views to inspire every kind of wonder. And in the evening, the cable car carries you back towards aperitivo.

For those who would rather earn their elevation metres by pedal power, the Plose mountain trails demand strong legs and stronger resolve. Do not tell anyone, but an e-bike is no disgrace. It is simply clever. That leaves you with more energy for taking in the view.

Our Finnish sauna and whirlpool await on the first floor, open daily from 2 to 7 p.m. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. If you are craving more water, you can conveniently add a package for Acquarena, Brixen’s public swimming pool.

Vines grow around Brixen, and their harvest ends up in glasses across the town. Add South Tyrolean classics made with produce from local farms at Alter Schlachthof, plus easy dishes and aperitivo at the Viertel Bar – both part of our Viertel family. Good things are never far away here.

Concerts, markets, festivals – the episcopal city fills its year with them wholeheartedly. And here at the Lasserhaus itself, ‘Lasser Crossing’ invites you to meet artists and engage with art.
Cathedral, Hofburg Palace, arcades: everything is easily reached on foot. The Art Hotel Lasserhaus places you at the heart of the action. Yet you sleep in the quiet of the historic Stufels district.
Museums, concerts and the cultural life of Tyrol’s oldest town: Brixen delights visitors all year round – walkable, inexhaustible and full of character.
From craft beer to a traditional Marende: Brixen puts the good taste of South Tyrol at your fingertips.
