Make a note of this address; it may become dear to you: Stuflergasse 10, 39042 Brixen (Bressanone). Our house stands in Stufels, the city’s oldest quarter, where the streets are narrow, and the stories tightly woven. The final few metres are easiest to walk. As with many good things in Brixen: you can reach the Cathedral, the Hofburg, and the arcades from here long before your sat-nav announces ‘Destination reached’.
By train: via ferrata
From Munich, Innsbruck and Verona, you can travel comfortably to Brixen railway station. From there, it is 1.3 kilometres through the old town to us – a fifteen-minute walk that introduces you to the city straight away.
Your connections: Deutsche Bahn | ÖBB | SBB | Trenitalia
By car: as far as the old town, then take a stroll
Brixen lies on the Brenner motorway A22 – take the ‘Brixen-Pustertal’ exit from the north or ‘Klausen-Gröden’ from the south. The old town itself belongs to pedestrians; your car can be parked in its own design quarter: the Viertel Garage.

The Viertel Garage: curated parking
Designed by artist Harry Thaler – textured concrete, mirrored ceiling, LED guidance system: the garage at Obere Schutzengelgasse 24–26 was designed by Harry Thaler and is probably the only car park you will ever want to photograph. Eight EV charging points are available. Cars €25 per day, motorbikes €12.50. Please let us know your number plate in advance, and the gate will open automatically.
