You. The Art Hotel Brixen. 24 Wonderful Hours.

You can imagine a day at the Art Hotel Lasserhaus in Brixen just like this – or in a completely different way. Follow this blueprint. Or ignore it altogether. Holidays are for finding happiness in your own way.

From 7 to 8.30 a.m.: carpe diem & cappuccino

Still half-asleep or already wide awake, you cast aside the duvet. You open the window and let in the sound of the church bells and the world. A few minutes spent getting ready, and you are all set for freshly brewed coffee and crisp pastries. It’s just a short walk to the Viertel Bar, where you can enjoy your breakfast.

From 8.30 to 11.00 a.m.: strolling

The Adlerbrücke takes you right into the heart of the episcopal city of Brixen. Under the arcades, one boutique follows another; beautiful things tempt you to open your wallet. Sacred architecture on Cathedral Square, natural beauty on the banks of the Eisack. From the Art Hotel, you can explore Brixen, – bit by bit and at your own pace.

From 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.: skywards

High in the peaks of South Tyrol, clear air fills your lungs, views sweep into the distance, and your heart feels light. The Plose, Brixen’s local mountain, is a playground for anyone who loves alpine adventures. How’s your wanderlust?

From 1.00 to 3.00 p.m.: let the muses inspire you

Back at the Art Hotel, art awaits. In the historic wine cellar, Peter Kogler has draped the walls in a psychedelic web. One floor up, Esther Stocker’s sculptures float beneath the vaulted ceiling. On the ground floor: historical pieces and works by Old Masters.

From 3.00 to 6.00 p.m.: leisure, work & Finnish sauna rituals

A guest sitting nearby opens a laptop. Mountain views put you in a good mood, even though there’s a lot of work to be done. You surrender to leisure. And, amidst the copper and Danish clay tiles, you treat yourself to another glass of Pinot blanc. Or you step into the hot tub or visit our sauna.

From 6.00 to 8.00 p.m.: the blue hour

As if the world were pausing for a moment: the evening sky changes, and so does your inner self. It’s time for a slower pace and for socialising. And since wine is an art form too, join us in the cellar for a tasting! We do this quite often at the Art Hotel Lasserhaus.

From 8.00 p.m. until midnight: a long table, even longer conversations

For dinner, the town beckons with its taverns and restaurants, all just a few streets away. A fine glass of wine, a long conversation – the evening stretches out at its own pace. It’s just as well that in Brixen the best lies so close at hand.

From midnight to 7 a.m.: carpe noctem at the Art Hotel in Brixen

Fine Frette linen, fine wood, the benevolent spirits of the past: your room lays the most beautiful dreams at your feet. Outside, the waters of the Eisack murmur gently; the world within falls silent. Sleep well.
